One-month program
The Cycle Reset Series is a 1-month coaching program for women ready to dive deeper into understanding their menstrual cycles. This series is designed to look at your menstrual cycle as a whole, and address your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to improve your PMS symptoms, understand your cycle better, or create sustainable habits, this 3-session series offers tailored support.
Includes:
First Session (90 minutes): A thorough consultation where we'll dive into your cycle, health goals, and set up a plan tailored just for you.
Second and Third Sessions (60 minutes each): Follow-up sessions where we review your progress, address any challenges, and fine-tune your approach to help you feel your best.
In-between session support via email: You can reach out with questions or updates, and I'll provide guidance and tips along the way
Access to Luna Line: You’ll also get a two months of access to a monthly voice memo subscription service for personalized support, so you can send voice memos anytime you need extra help or insights.
