Hi, I’m Jamie! Thank you for being here

My journey with menstrual health started when I was 13. I had some idea of what to expect, and to be honest, I was excited—it felt like this big rite of passage into womanhood. But nothing could have prepared me for how much my body changed, almost overnight. Suddenly, every week felt different, and I couldn’t explain why. I was expected to go about my days like nothing had changed, but I knew on a deep level that my body had new needs. It was frustrating, though, because I didn’t know how to acknowledge them, and felt like I couldn’t honor my new mysterious needs.

Watching others push through their periods like it was no big deal made me question myself. Was I just imagining how intense and transformative this felt? Yet, at the same time, I experienced this profound connection to womanhood—something no one had ever mentioned. Everything I’d heard about periods seemed so negative, so disconnected from the powerful, divine sense of being I was beginning to feel.

Fast forward to 19, and my periods were wreaking havoc: awful cramps that lasted days, nausea, headaches, mood swings, fatigue, and dizziness. The only thing that helped was prescription-strength ibuprofen. I was seeing a naturopath regularly by this time and I remember asking her if I should just go on birth control. Her answer? A firm, “No.” Instead, she asked me questions I couldn’t answer: How long are your cycles? Are you ovulating? At the time, I didn’t even know what ovulation was! I was also under the (very wrong) impression that women could get pregnant every day of the month.

That conversation was the turning point. My naturopath gave me a few basics, and I dove headfirst into research. By 19, I had fallen down the menstrual health rabbit hole—and I never climbed out.

Since 2018, I’ve been studying the menstrual cycle and hormone health. I then went on to become a Certified Menstrual Cycle Coach and earned accreditation as an International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine. Helping women heal their periods and hormonal imbalances naturally is my greatest passion. I love guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, align their lives with their natural cycles, and find balance and empowerment instead of working against what their bodies are designed to do.
